Cook Islands Wedding Requirements

Weddings in the Cook Islands are legally-binding and recognized internationally.

Couples wishing to be married in the Cook Islands must register with the Marriage Registrar three full business days prior to their wedding. In order to register for your Marriage License, you must present your passports, original birth certificates, and if applicable, original divorce decrees and death certificate of spouse.
